Steve Heesacker is the newest addition to our growing team! Steve is from the Humphrey area and brings over 35 years of real estate and auction experience and he specializes in farm and ranch marketing. With his many years of experience, he has the skills to market all types of real estate including residential, farm and commercial properties.

Steve also brings auctioneering to our office. He can provide both real estate and personal property auction services to our clients which is particularly helpful when estates need to be settled. Starting in the auction business in 1987 after graduating from the Mason City School of Auctioneering. he began obtained his Real Estate Salesperson's license in 1989 and his Broker's License in 1990.

Very active in service to the local area, Steve has served as an officer for the Humphrey Community Club, served two terms on the Humphrey St. Francis School Board, Past Grand Knight for the Humphrey Knights of Columbus Council #1794, three terms on the Board of Directors for the Platte County Agricultural Society, Columbus Board of Realtors Executive Committee, and is currently on the Board of Directors for the Loup River Public Power District.

Steve and his wife Monica have two sons, Bryce, who is a Professor at Ole Miss University in Oxford, MS and Holden, who is a Sales Representative for Eagle Distributing.
